Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) are life-threatening conditions that sometimes are caused by a drug reaction. As Julie, an SJS survivor, says, anyone can get it in reaction to any drug, even Over The Counter (OTC) medications like children's motrin/ibuprofen.
